SnappetTerms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Snappet mobile app and the snappet.app website (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. The Service is provided by SSD Creative Agency ("Snappet", "we").
1. Account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You can delete your account in the app at any time.
2. Household sharing
People you invite to a household can see, add and edit records for the pets in that household. You are responsible for whom you invite. The household owner can remove members; when you leave a household your past entries remain and your name is anonymised.
3. Snappet Pro subscription
- Plans: Monthly and annual subscriptions. Prices are shown in the App Store or Google Play for your country at the time of purchase.
- Free trial: Eligible accounts get a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the price of the selected plan is charged to your store account. One trial per account.
- Auto-renewal: The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation: Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no refund is given for the remaining time. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Refunds: Payments are collected by Apple and Google; refund requests are subject to the respective store's policies.
- Price changes: If the price changes, the store will notify you in advance and you can cancel before renewal.
- Features: We may change what Pro includes over time; we will not remove core functionality during a paid period.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, to access other people's accounts without permission or to disrupt the Service. You are responsible for content you upload (photos, notes, names); unlawful content will be removed and accounts may be closed.
5. Content and intellectual property
Your records and photos belong to you. You grant us a limited licence to store, copy and display that content to your household members in order to provide the Service. The app, its design, brand and software belong to Snappet and may not be copied or reverse-engineered.
6. Health information disclaimer
Snappet is a record-keeping tool and does not provide veterinary advice. Health records and reminders are for information only; consult a veterinarian for decisions about your pet's health. Notifications may fail to arrive on time (device settings, connectivity, store infrastructure); take additional precautions for critical medication and appointments.
7. Availability
The Service is provided "as is". Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or infrastructure issues. We may change or discontinue the Service or its features with reasonable notice; on discontinuation we will give you time to export your data.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Mandatory consumer-protection rules remain unaffected.
9. Termination
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time; an active subscription must be cancelled separately in the store.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the app or by email; continued use after a change means acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumers' rights to apply to the courts and consumer arbitration boards of their place of residence.
